Shipping Policy

At Tatsu Furniture, we are committed to delivering our premium, wellness-driven pieces safely and efficiently to your home. Because high-quality furniture requires specialized handling, we partner with trusted freight and cargo carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
 

1. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Domestic Freight Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Delivery Upgrades: We offer standard curbside delivery.
     

2. Processing & Lead Times

  • Order Processing: Standard orders for in-stock items are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Transit Time: Once your order leaves our warehouse, domestic transit typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment is dispatched.
     

3. Important Delivery Day Guidelines

Because our furniture—including the flagship chair with its Modular Descent Leg System —is shipped in heavy, protective packaging, please keep the following in mind:  

  • Measure Your Space: You are responsible for ensuring that the shipment can fit through your doorways, hallways, stairwells, and entryways.

  • Scheduling Your Delivery: For large freight items, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. An adult (18+) must be present to sign for the delivery.
     

4. International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to help customers worldwide integrate natural movement into their daily lives.  

  • Rates & Customs: International shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Depending on your region, duties and taxes may be collected upfront (DDP) or required upon entry into your country (DDU).

  • Remote Regions: If dynamic rates are unavailable for your country at checkout, please contact our support team for a custom freight quote.
     

5. Inspecting for Damage

We take immense care in packaging our products, but transit damage can occasionally happen.

  • Mandatory Inspection: Please inspect the exterior box and the furniture pieces thoroughly before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.

  • Reporting Issues: If you notice any damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt, take photographs, and contact us at Info@TatsuFurniture.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will fast-track a replacement to you at no extra cost.
