Refund Policy

At Tatsu Furniture, we take immense pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and design of our pieces. We want you to love your new furniture as much as we loved creating it. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help.
 

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In good condition.

  • Kept in their original packaging (including all boxes, hardware, and instructions).
     

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at Info@TatsuFurniture.com or via our contact form with your order number.

  2. Provide a brief reason for the return (and photos if the item arrived damaged).

  3. Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with shipping instructions.
     

3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Because furniture is large and complex to transport, the following fees apply to standard returns (excluding damage/defects):

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. We can provide a prepaid shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover the inspection and repacking of large items.
     

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please let us know immediately!

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us clear photos of the damage (both the product and the packaging).

  • We will replace the item or parts at absolutely no cost to you, or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
     

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Items that have been modified.
     

6. Refunds

Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected (usually within 5–7 business days), we will process your refund.

  • The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
