The Tatsu Furniture Chair is a premium, minimalist piece of furniture designed to quietly build its owner's strength, stability, and mobility through natural daily movement. Grounded in longevity science and the mechanics of the Sit-Rise Test (SRT), the chair reintroduces functional micro-squats into your daily routine to help train qualities predictive of independent aging and a long life.

Modular Descent Leg System (MDLS): A patent-pending, reversible leg system that allows you to progressively alter your seating arrangement.
4-Stage Reversible Progression: The chair's leg segments can be progressively removed to lower the seating height from full height, to ⅔ height, to ⅓ height, and finally down to floor level.
Flexible Adjustment: The leg segments can easily be screwed back on at any time to return the chair to full height.

Return & Refund Policy
At Tatsu Furniture, we take immense pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and design of our pieces. We want you to love your new furniture as much as we loved creating it. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
In good condition.
Kept in their original packaging (including all boxes, hardware, and instructions).
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer care team at Info@TatsuFurniture.com or via our contact form with your order number.
Provide a brief reason for the return (and photos if the item arrived damaged).
Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Because furniture is large and complex to transport, the following fees apply to standard returns (excluding damage/defects):
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. We can provide a prepaid shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your final refund.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover the inspection and repacking of large items.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please let us know immediately!
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us clear photos of the damage (both the product and the packaging).
We will replace the item or parts at absolutely no cost to you, or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
Items that have been modified.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected (usually within 5–7 business days), we will process your refund.
The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

1. Shipping Methods & Rates
Domestic Freight Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Delivery Upgrades: We offer standard curbside delivery.
2. Processing & Lead Times
Order Processing: Standard orders for in-stock items are processed within 3–5 business days.
Transit Time: Once your order leaves our warehouse, domestic transit typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment is dispatched.
3. Important Delivery Day Guidelines
Because our furniture—including the flagship chair with its Modular Descent Leg System —is shipped in heavy, protective packaging, please keep the following in mind:
Measure Your Space: You are responsible for ensuring that the shipment can fit through your doorways, hallways, stairwells, and entryways.
Scheduling Your Delivery: For large freight items, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. An adult (18+) must be present to sign for the delivery.
4. International Shipping
We proudly offer international shipping to help customers worldwide integrate natural movement into their daily lives.
Rates & Customs: International shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Depending on your region, duties and taxes may be collected upfront (DDP) or required upon entry into your country (DDU).
Remote Regions: If dynamic rates are unavailable for your country at checkout, please contact our support team for a custom freight quote.
5. Inspecting for Damage
We take immense care in packaging our products, but transit damage can occasionally happen.
Mandatory Inspection: Please inspect the exterior box and the furniture pieces thoroughly before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
Reporting Issues: If you notice any damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt, take photographs, and contact us at Info@TatsuFurniture.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will fast-track a replacement to you at no extra cost.
